When you reach your monthly interview limit, you have a few options: wait until the next billing cycle, upgrade to a higher plan with more interviews, or purchase additional interview credits as needed. We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit so you can plan accordingly.
Yes, you can upgrade from an individual to a business plan at any time. When upgrading, we'll prorate your current subscription and apply any remaining credit to your new plan. Downgrading from business to individual plans is possible at the end of your current billing cycle.
Yes! You can save up to 20% by choosing annual billing on any of our paid plans. The discounted price will be clearly displayed when you select the annual option during checkout. This applies to both individual and business plans.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and bank transfers for annual enterprise plans. For business plans, we can also provide invoicing options with net-30 terms upon request.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings. For monthly plans, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. For annual plans, we offer prorated refunds within the first 30 days if you're not satisfied.
